Impossible to get in touch with customer support for iPhone Microsoft start app!!! So frustrating, problems with points on start app!!!!!!!!!! , tried over and over again! Sent scores of messages! But NO response! Microsoft customer support are nonexistent, useless, so many problems with app, worst app on my iPhone. NO stars.

The app is good for news, maybe more improvements to refresh stories a bit quicker. Display of video and images good. Working well on the iPhone as a news app.

This app has great news. My only issue is when I scroll down the page and read an article when I then go back it always returns to the top op the page every time. Soo annoying. I’ve already scrolled past those and I don’t want to have to scroll the whole way down to where I was every time

They seem to think we are stupid

Almost complete disinformation in my opinion and close to nothing of quality in reporting the actual state of affairs.

Hate it!

I like the MSN Money webpage and was hoping that I’d get similar experience using the iPhone App. What a huge disappointment. MSN App always start on the main page and it takes 2-3 clicks every time to get to it Money. Watchlist is particularly disappointing. It doesn’t look anything like My Watchlist webpage. Stocks are listed differently and you cannot change order or see more info on the table. Also very difficult to access graphs, analysis or research. I eventually deleted it and went back to my Yahoo Finance App.
