MSP Manager

I cannot paste my password, it picks up some other textbox instead of the password field and I can’t paste from the Apple keyboard so I can’t login cause I have a super long password.

Since moving to MSP Manager from Zoho Desk my workflow is streamlined. Everything I need to see of a click or two away. It keeps my client work and history organized with reports for greater visibility. Its very logical with rich granularity but it’s easy to learn for a new user. It’s everything a PSA should be and really nothing it shouldn’t be. I will be renewing in December this year.

You shouldn’t want to break your phone because of an app. Worst log in interface ever. No password manager can fill in the fields. You can’t even copy and paste your 2FA code. This needs a replacement.

This app has proven to work just fine and allows for reviewing or editing information from MSP manager. It's functional and simple to use!

I end up with missing tickets or duplicates. Very slow and no offline option

Looks outdated, doesn't always function properly. Not sure why the salesperson told me they have an "awesome" app, he shouldn't have mentioned it let alone used it as a selling point. Just pretend this app doesn't exist and use the website.

We are going into year two of larger size iPhones. We pay way too much for an app to look like this. Disgraceful
