I purchase the app with 34$ and found the app need to install to the other family phones after that will working im not happy to install any software to the family phones asking for refund the money the not back to me this is very bad app and support

I was under the impression I could track my child’s app activity regardless of whether it was an iPhone or Android. I don’t find out until AFTER I pay for a year and set everything up that you DON’T have the ability to track iOS app activity. I want a refund!

My fiancé downloaded this app and didn’t have any of the features at all we wanted the app for the monitoring, calls, texts, social media…the only feature it had was location and contacts so 40 dollars wasted.

Their customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Email only. Not compatible with iPhone, but they don’t tell you this. They do not offer refunds for any reason. Customer service gave me run around and no answer for days before finally refusing. This kind of company is sketchy and the worst. Look elsewhere
