This app has been extremely broken ever since the update from 3 weeks ago last week of June or first week of July 2024. Whatever this update was makes it so unusable it constantly says - “We are sorry for the inconvenience but our login is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” This has been the case since this update rolled out. Please fix this, it’s unacceptable. I have deleted, rebooted, and reinstalled then I can get it to work for a little bit. Within about 12 hours it’s back to not working again. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and it’s fully updated. My wife has an iPhone 14 Pro and she also keeps having the same problem. So the app update definitely broke the login. Do not tell me to call you to fix this. I run a tech company. I know how to build servers and program. Your app has a login bug and it’s broken. Calling you to tell me uninstall the app, reinstall the app isn’t the solution. Your app clearly from the comments seems to be broken on iOS devices. Are you only testing on Android phones? Please hire someone who can fix the problem. Until that point in time, there is no way to use the app reliably. I have done all of the troubleshooting that needs to be done, this also affected my wife’s phone after that last update. Fix it. Fix it now. You definitely wouldn’t be working for me.

As of a few days ago, the app—which until now I would have given 5 stars—stopped working. A day or two I would understand due to in process updates… but it it’s been about a week? Help!

Since the last update, the app no longer works. No matter the time of day, I get the message “We are sorry for this inconvenience, but the login is currently unavailable.” All the time. No bueno, MSUFCU.

UPDATE: After being contacted by customer support (who was very polite and patient with me), they blamed my ISP and essentially just said too bad. The development team seems incredibly lazy and unequipped to take on a project of this size. Kind of feels like they wrote an application and then gave up. MSUFCU should fire the development team and reach out to another vendor that actually knows how to write authorization code. Don’t download this app, just use the web browser on your phone. Original Review: The app is fine when it works, it goes down frequently which makes it useless. When it *does* work, I rarely have issues with it, but again, it’s not reliable and you’ll find yourself just going to the web app instead.

This app has too many issues for a banking app. The login is unavailable very often and it seems it’s always on a weekend or after hours when the credit union is closed.

Normally, I can’t even log in. App has a slow response time and I hate it. Might change banks.

App doesn’t work. It is very frustrating when I do not have access to my money away from the bank and makes me want to withdrawal all funds and cut all ties. I have been told to delete the app to fix but that doesn’t work. If you need access to funds don’t bother using the app you’ll have to go to the bank. Developers break app I’ve submitted multiple bug reports and the company does not care.

I otherwise think the app works great - when it is working! This app is down frequently. I launch the app and immediately get that “login is currently unavailable”. This happens frequently enough for me to come on here and say something. I’ve also contacted the bank several times. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app many times with no success. I see this more frequently on the weekends. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with the most current iOS version 17.5.1.

So many times when I urgently need to get into my bank the app says their login is currently unavailable.

Useless outside of the states which is not helpful at all while traveling. The app just doesn’t function after trying on multiple devices if you’re not in the US, but my card still works, which makes things frustrating and difficult to monitor.
