But several times a year this app just implodes and isn’t available for days at a time. Scheduled maintenance is usually the precursor to the app becoming completely unusable, I just removed it and redownloaded it again for the 4th time this year. I go with my kids to get breakfast, I can’t unlock my card at 11am to pay for my breakfast because it’s down. I solely bank with MSUFCU. So this was pretty crappy. I needed to get gas too, and it left me stranded with my 2 year old daughter and newborn in the car. It’s now 12:00pm and they pushed it back to 1:00pm. I didn’t have access to my money, I had to pay for gas with quarters. I barely had enough gas to get home. This was extremely inconvenient, as I have kids. I should be able to change my password by myself on my phone if I have my birthday, and everything else. The overwhelming majority of members use this app and have no trouble whatsoever. Most people who leave a negative review clearly aren’t good with modern tech or are having issues with MSUFCU itself and not the app. They feel leaving a negative review is beneficial somehow?
