MT3 is a digital platform which helps facilitate programs offered through the Center for the Advancement of Youth Development (CAYD).
CAYD program participants can use the MT3 app to access developmentally-appropriate (age 11yrs and up), scientifically-driven mind-body support and tools, such as online resources and journaling.
MT3 is designed to help you empower yourself by supporting you in taking your own mental and physical health needs into your own hands; these tools will support you in becoming more self-aware and connected thus, you will be more effectively able to navigate life’s opportunities and obstacles.
