Overall, I was very pleased with this product from start to finish my initial measurements didn’t capture all of the variances of my unique body for jeans. However, after additional adjustments and recommendations by the professional Taylor, I received a complete remake that fit me perfectly. I highly recommend MTailor.
I’m 6’6” and 285 pounds and like to wear boots but finding bootcut jeans that are long enough has been a challenge. The fit of the jeans provided by MTailor was far superior to the other custom options I have tried. And, upon arrival, my first pair fit correctly.
I recently purchased several items from MTailor and couldn't be happier with my experience. I had gotten a suit from them in the past and was very pleased but this time purchased jeans and a tee to see how they fit. The customer service was excellent—responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase and the fit. The quality of the items received was top-notch, and the fit ended up perfect. I will definitely be ordering and highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality clothing and outstanding customer service.

I don’t understand how they measure me but they sure do a good job! This time they were a little too tight in the waist so they remade one pair. It fits perfectly so they are making the rest! I love this app!
Been a customer since 2016 had to re-measure since I trimmed down and just got my new shirt it fit perfect 👍 just trying it on you know it’s goin to just fit I have big biceps and thought it might be tight but it truly is a custom fit ..🙌
My order of a suit and dress shirt was received earlier than estimated, about 4 weeks. I had the opportunity to try them both on and I was absolutely floored with the fit. It’s spot on from the jacket sleeve length, the taper of the jacket, and all the same holds true for the shirt. I’ll be honest, I was apprehensive about how well the fit could be given the MTailor measurement process. But wow, you all nailed it. Job well done and thank you! Based on this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more clothes from MTailor.
I had my suits and shirts made for two decades in Hong Kong and now use MTailor. MTailor is less expensive and more accurate. I would highly recommend.
Purchased a suit, a pair of jeans and three shirts all were made slightly off by measurement. All were remade accurately can’t ask for much more than that.
My order sat in “unknown” status for a while. Then my “fabric was cut in Bangladesh”. Now it’s saying I should have my shirts sometime next month?! Yeah - not doing this ever again. Response to MTailor: If you gave your entire production team off for an extended holiday, you should have told your CUSTOMERS that their products would be delayed for a month. Come on. Have you ever purchased anything online? Would YOU be ok with that? I’ll never use you again
