I fully agree with the previous review. One wastes time in completing necessary details for booking a trip and when submitted, the system requires a call to MTM customer service. One’s time and effort become useless. Many a times the App does not accept’ I AM LEAVING’ and is unable to verify location on arrival. One has no other option but to submit paper trip log.To cap it all, MTM App specialists do nothing when the issues are brought into their knowledge.
You guys really need to get your crap together Veyo had a better app that was actually working then this junk worthless piece of crap app that you have forced us to use....
You travels long miles and when you have to transport the patients he only drives 8 to 10 miles bone he is driving more miles to look for him than to leave it and he is losing a lot he is driving more miles than the avitual if your route says 80 mile you are going to run 160 miles he travels twice as much but they never tell you all of them extra miles no one pays you I don't think it's something fair and the payment is very low more in traffic that it takes you to get from one passenger to another it's very far and payment is not good :(
Very disappointing! Spent some time on the web portal setting up only to find my account is locked out on app. Called tech support and she didn’t see a problem. My son has chronic pain so the less stress the better. MTM gas reimbursement feels like a joke. Systems aren’t integrated or working efficiently so it’s an uphill battle. Please fix asap!
Bad service all the way around wish they would go to a different app all together
If you close the app you have to login again (Veyo app didn’t do that), if you click more details on rides you have to reconfirm trips to get back to where you were, doesn’t send notifications to passengers when you arrive (which is annoying), and no way to be specific when a cancellation happens.
The app is sending incorrect time information on the claims
I don’t know what system update ruined the app. Every single time I try to schedule mileage reimbursement it tells me I have to call in anyway. They also changed it to where you have to check in when leaving for the appointment and when you arrive instead of just when you arrive. If you forget to check in when leaving then you can’t use the app for reimbursement at all. As if we don’t have enough to worry about when packing up medically complex children to go to appointments. It’s definitely set up to make it as hard as possible to get reimbursement which it shouldn’t be so hard. It just shouldn’t.
I keep getting an error when I log in please fix it
