## M.T.O Description
The Tamarkoz app provides practices to reduce stress, relax, improve focus, sleep better, and gain a more positive perspective on life.

The Tamarkoz® method is the art of self-knowledge through concentration and meditation, a holistic and practical way of recovering and maintaining health, happiness, fulfillment, wellbeing and discipline in life. This powerful process is unique to M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi and dates back 1400-years.

The Tamarkoz method is your guide to meditation and relaxation. Enjoy guided breathing as you reduce stress, relax, and more! Access a variety of guided meditation videos. Movazeneh activates, harmonizes, and balances the flow of energy of the major electromagnetic centers of the body. Track your progress and mood using the “My Journey” feature to detail your journey to becoming harmonized.

Tamarkoz practice has five key techniques:

- Mind Relaxation: slow brain waves, halt thoughts, diminish emotional reactions, and prepare mentally and physically for concentration
- Movazeneh: unique to Tamarkoz, created by M.T.O. Sufi Masters, this practice includes specific postures and slow-motion movement exercises that activate and balance the flow of energy of the 13 major electromagnetic centers of the body - a practice distinctive to
M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi.
- Breathing Exercises: Increase respiratory capacity and control the rhythm and duration of breathing for maximal oxygenation, regulation of vital processes, and reducing reactivity
- Deep Relaxation: learn muscular control, and means of relieving tension and reducing stress, allowing the body to recuperate and revitalize
- Imagery & Heart Tamarkoz: replace critical, negative thought patterns with positive, healing images which encourage hope, vitality, motivation and creativity
