Trying to get a new password, they send code then say not valid but they just sent it , tried again, and again but keeps saying not valid am deleting this rubbish don’t bother till it’s improved maybe in 3 years time

I feel the app has been neglected for a while. It does not contain information on some locations which I know have Muffin Break shops and the layout stretches to fit on the complete screen of my phone, invading the space designated for the status bar icons.

Now that shops compete with loyalty cards and choice rewards, I’d encourage the redesign of the app to be prioritised to welcome better customer experience

I didn’t get further than the registration, which wanted phone number, postcode and DOB(!!) as part of the registration, with no explanation as to why they would need them. This sort of thing is now illegal. Why do they need my birth date and post code to buy muffins and coffee?!

I don’t trust them with this data, as they don’t appear to know what they’re doing or what their responsibilities are.

Will go somewhere else.

I have downloaded the app and deleted and downloaded again to no joy.  It won't recognise my registered email address but I can get on via the website.  So I guess I carry the plastic and don't use my Apple Wallet!

If I could give it a lower rating i would have done. 
I have registered my card online successfully but when I try and log in through the app it won’t let me in! It won’t accept my email I’ve registered with, and every time I try it, it says ‘Oops, something went wrong. Close the app and try again. And when I try and change my password (I know it doesn’t need changing because I remember it) it won’t let me do that either! 

I just hope that when I try and use the card in the shop it’s actually truly registered and I won’t look stupid at the checkout! 

Absolute joke! That’s all this app is!

This app really needs to have ‘add to Apple wallet’ functionality. I love the stores, but this is the only app I have which is missing wallet integration, and it’s frustrating.

I just got sorted on the app. I was expecting an email to confirm everything and all the info I needed. I forgot my password which could have been due to poor internet. I couldn’t reset it without using the card number on the screen. Any other app allows you to change passwords and other stuff easily

Followed initial instructions after failing to be able to enter my original card number (card one). Had to sign up as a new one. You Don’t have the facility to see your password on entering or confirming it. Obviously I’ve entered it wrongly and can’t get logged in. Went to forgot password had to enter my card number which I don’t know so clicked on forgot card number. It went me back to enter phone phone number which wouldn’t allow me to reregister. A waste of 20 minutes of my life!

Very poor app indeed for such a big franchise. When start app selecting “without loyalty card” option it asks for phone number then gives error that internet connection error. Tried uninstall and reinstall app but no use. My suggestion to Foodco UK, kindly change the developer as soon as possible.......
