You cannot select a location. The other issue is the Castle Hill venue is not there to be able to select.? On my first order I did not receive a free complimentary Coffee or Muffin. -- Joe Ruggero, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "App no good" I was told I had to download the app to get my points as they’ve changed it to a new system. I’ve created a new account and tried to verify my email and it won’t send me an email to verify. I don’t think it’s a very good app I wish I’d go back to the original barcode system -- Hey you…, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "Hum so it’s not me ☹️" Relived to see it’s not me Multiple log in attempts Not going to bother again Love the freedom to no longer feel I have be loyal any more -- Seeyoulatermuffinbreak, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "Give me a Break, a decent App" Hey Devs everyone is saying the same thing. Instead of getting them to write an email, listen to the reviews and fix it! Third iteration of App and my 8 year old daughter designs better Roblox code. Had account with 3 free coffees disappeared. Can’t login with previous email, only phone which is in wrong Australian format, idiots. Have to login every time you use app, can’t save details. Try and bring barcode up, get logged out. Devs have SCAMMED the hard working Muffin Break Franchise. Worse App of 2024, if not ever. SCAM -- Parges, 2024-12-25 ### *---- "Poor" You have to sign I. With your phone number. It has the +61, then you try to add the rest of the numbers. It comes up in red to say invalid. Can’t get past this to continue -- Kymzeh, 2024-12-11 ### *---- "Got the run around" Just signed up. After logging in, wouldn’t accept password, went to reset password, said server error, then got a few more run arounds after that so at present have given up will go down to the coffee club. PS Does it really matter if you have two nicknames the same. I’m sure there must be millions of Peters. -- PeterNChris, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Stocard" How do I add this to my Stocard with out a card -- GailChant, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Inconvenient App" My old card was more convenient. If this App and change to ‘Mates was for customer convenience, fail. Coffee Club App quick to use and they are just down the road. Sorry - mates not likely! -- me eg, 2024-11-30 ### *---- "Go back to cards until your app functions" This app is terrible. I create an account. Verify the account email. Log into the app. The app says the emails not verified. Each time I click on a different tab I need to log in again. I’m not contacting customer service. Perhaps look at employing a more qualified app developer. -- NSWNanna, 2024-11-30 ### *---- "Not doing it" What is going on? I have to create a new account with my phone number, why? What was wrong with logging in through my email address.
