You don't have to be technical or artistic. All it takes is a photo. Download community animations and paste them to your photos, or just have fun playing with faces. (It's addicting.) Then, when inspiration strikes, create original animations and memes. Export and share your creations as high definition videos, stills, animated GIFs, and animated Facebook avatars. You can download all content for free, import your own images, Mug any image, and export and share an unlimited number of Mugs, entirely ad free. If you like Mug Life, you’ll love our Pro Tools. Pro Tools adds power tools (Creative Mode) for creating and editing Mugs. In addition, iPhone X users also get the (new!) Performance Mode, unleashing the expressive power of your TrueDepth camera for live performances. It’s like Animoji from any photo! High quality photos of faces with neutral expressions work the best. • Import any photo from your Camera Roll, or use photos from with Facebook for albums, Instagram pictures, Twitter images, etc. If it’s got a face, you can animate it! • Search for fun images to animate, including paintings, pictures, sketches, tattoos, dolls, action figures, drawings, photographs, renders, or illustrations. But that’s just the beginning! Any photo with a recognizable face can be great! For example, statue & sculpture photographs are particularly fun, as are photo frames taken from video & film, animals, costumes, make-up like body paint & more. You can make animated GIFs and videos from anything as long as it has a face. • Manipulate faces in your photo. This is where the MAGIC really starts! • Apply ANY community-made Mug animations you like for free. Like a meme you find? Use it, but put it on YOUR photos. • Not just one face at a time! Got a close-up of a group of friends? Yup, it works! It’s fantastic for making memes on the fly. Performance Mode requires an iPhone X, but Mug Life still works great on any iPhone or iPad. ## Mug Life Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/7e/d8/f3/7ed8f34d-640e-6871-4189-402702e470b9/mzl.ehruemjk.jpg/392x696bb.jpg) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/c7/56/d3/c756d373-188d-e297-967d-a29cdab3bec3/mzl.codqgxim.jpg/392x696bb.jpg) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/0c/f5/aa/0cf5aa5c-c07e-abfb-4dec-7694e719eb21/mzl.moewkdfk.jpg/392x696bb.jpg) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/7f/0b/83/7f0b83eb-aa02-4d8f-fc80-d8e7a4e9f2fb/mzl.xviytbnu.jpg/392x696bb.jpg) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/b3/87/37/b38737c2-9573-de3d-11a6-f727d50ce18c/mzl.tcqrbktm.jpg/392x696bb.jpg) ## Mug Life Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 10,771 (78%) - 4 stars: 1,260 (9%) - 3 stars: 501 (4%) - 2 stars: 253 (2%) - 1 stars: 1,023 (7%) ## Mug Life Reviews in United States ### *---- "Can’t Purchase" Unable to use Mug Life - have purchased lifetime subscription, technical support doesn’t respond. I’m not happy -- Dr Rick Williams, 2025-08-17 ### **--- "Rip off" Hi. I paid for your app but it’s not working. It keeps asking for payment and won’t restore. I subscribe every year since I found this ago more than 4 years ago. Update this app!!! -- Neteru9, 2025-07-25 ### *---- "Don’t let me access my subscription items after buying it." I can’t access any of the paid for features and when I try to contact support the website doesn’t work.. I want my money back -- Swayde69, 2025-07-15 ### *---- "No Purchase Found" I recently upgraded my iPhone. All apps that I had purchased easily restored my purchase except for this one. Even though I can look under my subscriptions in the App Store and see my subscription is good through January 2026, they claim I have a no purchases to restore. I have written to the creators but no response. Buyer Beware! -- Duke Rightious, 2025-07-15 ### *---- "Paid for app but it doesn’t work" I’ve had this app for years and now it says “invalid receipt” and won’t let me use the app on any of my devices. -- Elponchito, 2025-07-14 ### ****- "Well" I don’t like this because to use certain tools you have to pay for it so can you change that I will call it not good but not bad -- My family doesn’t like that, 2025-07-11 ### *---- "No funciona" Antes funcionaba bien pero ahora en crear pose de cara te cobran antes te incluyan a mi me aparece que ya la tengo porque la pague y en el app no puedo usarla me dice que tengo que pagar después de años de usarlo ya se dañó lo arruinaron mi calificación una ⭐️Estrella y van en la falda del piloto. -- Ohdhjydbn, 2025-06-30 ### *---- "Do Not Purchase" This app was incredible, but unfortunately it appears the devs have abandoned it. Spent 30.00 for the lifetime pro tools, and the purchase won’t restore on my device. Contacted Apple and they say it’s the devs issue, and devs do not respond. This should be removed from the App Store, as they are still making money off this app, but do not support it. If anyone knows a trick or workaround I’d love to know. The app says I can’t repurchase the pro tools because I already own them, then when I hit restore purchase, it says no purchases found. Apple support says, well that’s too bad. -- takamine523, 2025-06-16 ### *---- "Invalid receipt error" Says “invalid receipt” blah blah when purchasing and you can use the app, but of course they’ll still take your money and not respond to the customer service request -- LygerLex, 2025-06-02 ### ****- "Great app but…" Where is the support? You can’t even hook up with Facebook. I tried to buy it like 3 times and it said it was a know problem. I am guessing you guys are done with the app? -- joe spat, 2025-05-02 [View all Mug Life reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Mug Life In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Mug Life Pro Tools | $17.99 | | Creative Mode | $3.99 | | Mug Life Pro Tools Unlimited | $4.99 | ## Mug Life Discovered Keywords -
