My train (Můj vlak)

This really is an excellent app. I don’t speak Czech so I use the English interface. Ticket purchases and seat reservations are easy. Refunds are quickly processed if the purchaser cancels the booking. The train information is kept up to date. The train formation details are also useful. If you want to see where your coach is situated in a long train, the app can provide the information. Similarly, if your train is formed of a little railbus, the app will tell you. The app is very easy to use because it is intuitive. The menu structure is simple to understand. The app design team have done an excellent job. As an aside, it is possible to use the app even at very remote stations (halts) because the mobile phone coverage in Czechia is excellent.

I found this one of the best apps to use in all the many train apps in Europe, giving updates and emails in your local language of where the train is and what platform as well as e-tickets and seating map for when you book your trip! I have to say I’ve very rarely found an ap with so much detail and so easy to use that on my many trips to the Czech Republican I will be using CD over some of there great competitors.

Works well. Live timetables are a lifesaver. Everything you need for train travel in Czechia. Designed with the customer in mind. Well done cd.

Vsude po svete - natahnete ruku s telefonem, pruvodci nacte jizdenku a odejde. Ceske Drahy- div nechteji telefon do ruky..+ ukazovat obcanku? Proc? K cemu ta aplikace je? No, k nicemu.
