Use the app if you want but don’t bother updating. -- Rafiqi24, 2024-10-31 ### *---- "Hands down - Worst store App ever" MUJI’s passport is the worst store app ever. Please continue reading to see why. 1. Your birthday coupons only come in Mid-month. Meaning if your birthday is on August, if you visit the store between 1-13 Aug, you will not enjoy any birthday coupons. 2. If you reinstall the App or change your phone. You will not be able to restore your account and all points and coupons will be lost. 3. Don’t bother talking to the front desk or store personnel about this. They are well aware and are numb to all feedback about this horrible app. They will just tell you to email customer service and after doing that, don’t expect any quick replies or for them to do anything for you. Big thumbs down. And shame on MUJI for creating such an incompetent app. Yucks -- dymw84, 2024-08-23 ### *---- "No more points" Points wiped out. Can’t even log in using phone number. -- Bladeofray, 2024-08-21 ### *---- "Bad service for app" Points earning is bad as well -- 3sa lim, 2024-07-28 ### *---- "Points wiped out after IOS update!" All the painstaking points accumulated over the years are wiped out with an IOS update - yes, which app in the world allows that? No service recovery was offered at all. Unbecoming of a Japanese store with a reputation of Muji. When I approached the customer service person at the stall, he just smiled and said “yes, it’s all gone” as if it is SOP instructed to him. More importantly, on an ethical note, does this sound like it is subtly designed so the management can increase their margins (entice consumer spending with the Muji app, crashes it and hope no one raises a brow because it’s only “points”) Unfortunately, the experience I got makes me feel this wiping out of points is intentional. -- Aloysiustay, 2024-05-14 ### *---- "Unable to login" In order to login, will require only apple login or Google login. No other option. Always indicate incorrect user. Can’t even login. Previously purchased some items yet points still indicate as 0 miles. -- RazS__, 2024-04-11 ### *---- "Same problems" same problem as others. Can’t login points seem to be gone. Not sure why you can’t use your Muji number instead of linking to Facebook google etc…. -- mjh31, 2024-02-11 ### *---- "Unable to retrieve my account" Hi Muji, I am unable to retrieve my account after I change to a new phone. I have tried using Google ID, Apple ID and Facebook ID. But all failed. Please advise. -- one766, 2024-01-21 ### *---- "The app is probably developed by an intern who left" Some buggy with many errors. The page is always unavailable in relation to the important notice. What a joke of an app. -- dougyseah, 2024-01-08 [View all MUJI passport Singapore reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## MUJI passport Singapore Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Singapore | Shopping | #28 | ## MUJI passport Singapore Discovered Keywords - miji ## Apps Similar to MUJI passport Singapore - [FairPrice Group](https://apptail.io/app/fairprice-group-Oih/singapore) - [TANGS](https://apptail.io/app/tangs-bNM/singapore) - [Isetan Privilege](https://apptail.io/app/isetan-privilege-cNM/singapore) - [IUIGA - Made For Living](https://apptail.io/app/iuiga-made-for-living-eNM/singapore) - [ION Orchard](https://apptail.io/app/ion-orchard-fNM/singapore) - [UNIQLO Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/uniqlo-singapore-syek/singapore) - [Decathlon Shopping App](https://apptail.io/app/decathlon-shopping-app-tyek/singapore) - [Watsons SG: Your Official App](https://apptail.io/app/watsons-sg-your-official-app-uyek/singapore) - [PLC VIP Concierge (SG)](https://apptail.io/app/plc-vip-concierge-sg-Fyek/singapore) - [Suntec+](https://apptail.io/app/suntec-oZpp/singapore) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
