TELEMETRY AND CRASH REPORTS
The app collects a very minimal amount of telemetry, and it does not in any way tie it to an account number, IP or other identifiable information. Account numbers are used for authentication. App logs are never sent automatically but are rather explicitly sent by the user. App version checks are performed every 24 hours to tell the app if there are any upgrades available and if the currently running version is still supported.

Transparent und Innovativ

Mullvad VPN ist ein überragender Service mit sehr guter Transparenz und immer dabei sich zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln. Besonders sollte man hervorheben das Mullvad VPN auf praktisch jeder Plattform genutzt werden kann und das Privatsphäre und Datenschutz für Mullvad an erster Stelle steht.

Soweit ok, aber…

… leider manchmal etwas langsam und die iOS-App ist ein recht spärlich ausgestattet (z.B. ist kein MultiHopp verfügbar). Was allerdings super ist, ist die Anonymität. Kein Konto, keine eMail-Adresse, Zahlung sogar per Bargeld.

Top Dienst mit wenig Optionen.

Gute App und guter Dienst der sich sehr schnell mit den jeweiligen Servern verbindet. Eine Option den schnellsten Server auszuwählen wäre noch nett. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden!

Als vpn gut aber adblock und tracking wäre so cool

Die App ist gut das Akku Problem konnte mit einer neu Installation der App behoben werden. Die Performance ist aktuell in den Abendstunden schwankend 😑 Ich würde mir eine Anzeige wünschen die die Auslastung der Server anzeigt. Blockt Werbung zuverlässig auch bei bekannten Streaming Anbietern 👍🏻 Danke an das gesamte Mullvad Team 🤝🏻

Schnelle und stabile Verbindung. Keine nervende Werbung mehr - weder im Browser noch in den Apps. Der Preis von 5 € im Monat ist für diese Leistung mehr als angemessen.

Die einzige VPN die Datenschutz ernst nimmt

Andere Anbieter verkaufen Daten oder arbeiten mit der Regierung zusammen.

Akkufresser

Datenschutz top. Aber zu lasten des Akkus. 38% des heutigen Akkustroms wurden von dieser App abgesaugt…. Nachtrag: Löschen der App und Neuanmeldung sowie etwas Zeit (ein Tag) hat den Akkuverbrauch normalisiert. Kundenservice freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Bin froh, dass ich dieses ehrliche und tatsächlich sichere VPN nun nutzen kann.
