After following the great reviews from the people here, I bought yesterday this app. incredible opportunities. Fantastic .... no regrets! It is what Slatanek writes: It's worth every penny! If you want an 8 track, buy it! After this upgrade, it is even more beautiful and better than it already was! I would like to give 10 stars!

Reliable

Simple to use and most importantly robust when used for full concert live recordings. (In my case using an rme audio interface)

Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk

Great DAW on iPad, some small enhancements possible

I was lead to this app by RME-Audio in their roundup of best DAW iPad app's, on their website. This app certainly didn't dissapoint me. The app is rock solid, playing for 2 hours straight with app switching and no real problems have occurred. A few small remarks on useability and other stuff: - Please implement a grid allign function or a sticky ruler option, this is really missing at the moment. - Looping of a region would be great, although there are loopmarkers, it would make composition easier. - Background audio is not always perfect. With Animoog in the background the sound get's warbled. But maybe this is an Animoog issue instead.. -Songnames: how do I name a song? It's unclear to me. -Graphics look a bit old fashioned: but hell i'm in it for the sound and the workflow, which is good! Anyway, great product, definitely worth the money for a portable DAW with stable performance. Keep it going and you'll get a fifth star!

Possibly the closest thing to a real DAW!!! Great!!!

Using it for few hours only, I found it to be the closest thing to a real PC DAW. Pasting audio bounced from iMS-20/iElectribe is simple (within KORG apps choose "Extract To: ==> Multitrack DAW" and then the DAW opens with a copy/paste dialog box already opened). Recording external source using a Behringer UCA222 works like a charm (latency is very low to my ears & eyes - drawing the peak in real time with monitoring). The controls are well thought out. Using this app is simple and intuitive and mostly similar to a standard DAW. And it feels very stable and solid too. Support seems to be very responsive aswell - before even buying the app I was answered within 2h. On the flip side there are no effects whatsoever only compr/EQ, standalone mixing console is also missing. Anyway, for the first time I feel like I can live without a PC DAW (most of the time at least). Long story short: ***Worth every single cent!!! Buy it.*** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tested on iPad 2 (iOS 4.3.3) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Indispensible app

Easy to use. Great to have 8 tracks. Split, fade, eq and compression... Everything is here. I would like to see Sonoma copy/paste in an update. Update: I use this app a lot. I'm now use to it's workflow. I would like to see Sonoma copy/past. This app and Beatmaker 2... You've got a studio in you pocket. Raised to 5 stars.

I love this app and have been using it for years! Thank you for making a stable audio focused recording app that gets out of the way and lets the creativity flow! 1. I have two UI requests. The VU meters only stay up for a few seconds after clicking on them and this is frustrating when trying get all my inputs oh so perfect. It would be nice if there was an option to manually toggle the expanded view on and off. 2. Plug ins. My plug ins have tiny font and tiny buttons on them. Especially on my phone. It would be awesome if there was a toggle switch to manually maximize their windows. Also, I like that there is a button at the top of the plugin to choose from the presets. It would be nice if there was a similar button that pulled up a list of all the adjustable parameters in the plugin and then let the user make changes.
