Cant access the payment page for UPI and other banking options... post update Please fix this issue to utilise the app proper.

The app stopped working after this update. It doesn’t go beyond the splash page

Not at all good app Ppl should rather take metro card then using this app Most of the time server is down N the app responds very slow

This app doesn’t show your failed status. Also, the payment is deducted but this app continually shows that payment could not be completed. I have wasted almost 60 rupees because of this bug

So many times that my UPI payment has been deducted but did not get refund.

Stop at set pin. No processing further.

The way app facility started 4yrs ago is not giving the same performance now. Developers are not debugging the login issues. It’s very difficult for daily users like us to recharge or top up the card via app

Please ease out payment process for UPI, it’s pathetic - it’s neither auto redirecting to GPAY app and in single attempt not verifying UPI ID. UI UX can be more user friendly. Even IRCTC app is having better payment experience than this. Reference Cross Platform app for Payment may check: Swiggy, Zomato, Kuvera
