Does not guide on the route between two lines
The app is not at all intuitive. 1) One has to select a line first to find the route. This means if one does not know on which line their station falls, they cannot search. Ideally, you should be able to enter the source and destination station without having to select the line. The app should be able to pick up the stations, no matter which line it is and guide on the route. Imagine one is standing outside Ghatkopar metro and does not know which color line it is on but wants to go to Jogeshwari (does not know the color of the line or line mumber). How does he / she search then? 2) One can’t find the route between two different lines. For examples: If one has to go from Ghatkopar to Jogeshwari east, the app does not have that option to find such a route since they are on differing lines. It does not tell you from which intersecting station, you should change the train. Please take a look at the Singapore metro app. It is extremely intuitive for a new person. You don’t need to know which color / name of the line. Just enter the source and destination station. It gives you all possible routes and intersecting station where you should change alongwith the time that you will take via each route.
