## Munch Box by DadTheDish Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Terrible"
Spent £40 for it to take ages and go straight in the bin as it was cold, hard and inedible. Customer service for the app is just a waste of time, stick to other apps.
-- anthonyb124, 2025-09-05

### *---- "Terrible experience"
Over 2 hour wait for food, for then the food not to arrive. Yes this is the restaurants fault. Tried to get in contact with munchbox through the app as restaurant refused refund. Multiple attempts of contact made and yet to hear anything back from munchbox. I certainly wouldn’t recommend and if you do use, be wary. Very disappointed.

### ***** "Spot on! 👌🏻"
Ordered a few times from here, great little spot and never an issue. Takes a little longer than some but it’s to be expected with the quality of food they put out 👏🏻
