The most pleasant restaurant experience I’ve had in years.
I used Munch at a restaurant for the first time this weekend and was blown away by how simple it made the whole dining experience. We scanned the table QR code, placed our orders and got our food without issue. Because of Munch, there was no need to interact with the waiter other than when they seated us and delivered our food to the table- with Covid still being a concern, it was great to have and made the experience feel a lot safer. The best part of it all, when we finished eating, we paid our bill through the app got up and left. No waiting for card machines or a pen to add the tip. It was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
