Tried to create an account. It just sits at a screen saying creating account. Closed the app and tried again and same thing.

Can’t even make an account useless app

These guys advertise restaurants on their site that they don’t partner with. They use the logos and likeness of the restaurant to get you to order through them. Then they have their drivers call in the order with their name, never telling the restaurant they’re making themselves the middleman. Very questionable and shady. No ethics here.

The app doesn’t even let you make an account or login. If this is how their bad app runs I can’t imagine how the actual service is

Tried to create an account…just sits there with loading/processing icon. Tried closing and opening again. Tried to login in case account creation worked and just got stuck…just sits there with “Logging in…” animation. Deleted app and reinstalled, same results. Tried again on cellular instead of on WiFi, same results. App doesn’t work.

I can’t even make an account

When I try to log it it just says logging in and I waited 5 minutes and it diddnt even log me in terrible app don’t download postmates is an excellent option, they don’t over charge too much, have lots of free delivery perks, and you food arrives warm and on time and if it’s late, they give u some in app credit

Worst service ever, have had to call two times to ask when food is coming because app would not load. Ordered our food around 8:30pm and still have not received food at 9:30pm!

This is what they should be saying, no refunds what so ever. I called in to ask for a refund because I accidentally hit the next page button and it processed my order..The only reason why we didn’t want the order going through is because we decided to go somewhere else. Do not order from this delivery service. You will not get money back.

Awful customer service. First time I ordered through them they confirmed my ordered took my money and yet the restaurant never got my order asked for my money back NEVER got it! Months later I decided to give it a try again and yet again they manage to screw my one dish order! Called their customer service number and then this foreign guy said they don’t handle deliveries and gave me a different number called that number and they said they didn’t handle deliveries either. Called back and forth 4 times! They kept pinning their mistakes on one another and finally my order got delivered 2 hrs later cold and spilt. Never again hope they go out of business soon and stop ripping people off! Stay clear of this delivery service they are garbage and so is their call service center can’t understand a word these ppl say. They still owe 60$ from three months ago.
