## Murphy Drive Rewards Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t get my Murphy’s app to open. It’s been over two months."
Please help me get my app open. I’m missing out on everything on my coupons free stuff and points for my gas. Please advise. Thank you.
-- sad and upset and depressed, 2026-09-11

### *---- "Not able to login"
Lately the app has asked me to sign in, then says it will send OTP which never comes. I cannot check my rewards points to see if I’m even earning any.
-- Fastslasha, 2026-09-10

### *---- "Dose not work"
Keep saying error and not letting me sign up
-- QueenKMH, 2026-09-09

### **--- "Signing into the App truly sucks"
I have tried to use the app on multiple occasions and always get stymied by the fact that I need to wait an interminable amount of time for a confirmation text code that takes hours to arrive, if at all. Is this a joke, or what? It actually says on the app login screen that it may take a while until you receive the code!!! You’ve got to be fricking crazy if you think this is acceptable. It’s not!
-- Moviefan1957, 2026-09-06

### **--- "this app is Janky"
certain features on this app don’t update when me & another friend of mine tried to use it in the past… the people who created this app must not be on Top of making sure Murphy Rewards whatever stays running smoothly
-- Bella's brother Tristan, 2026-09-06

### *---- "Scam"
App is a scam. Completely and randomly deleted my account and I lost all the points I have been accumulating
-- Vm1220, 2026-09-05

### **--- "Hmmm"
What’s the point of the discount if the discount is never applied??
This is the 3rd time I applied the discount and the price did not change….is it a general issue or the store robbing customers?!
-- Gotcha💥, 2026-09-04

### **--- "Needs work"
This app has not worked for me from day one. I cannot use my discount on gas because I cannot get the app to work to finish filling out my account information.
-- ChelsieWhite, 2026-09-02

### *---- "Account Verification Nightmare"
Whatever carrier pigeon tech they have for sending a simple verification code through text or email is atrocious. We will colonize mars and become a type 2 civilization before that code gets to you. It’s something every company on earth solved. Murphy, it’s 2026, let the poor birds go and have Claude program you something better please.
-- Daily User 060, 2026-09-02

### **--- "Rev up"
App won’t allow me to Rev Up to earn points
-- kokie9, 2026-09-01
