I bought a subscription, had problems logging in to my account right off the bat! The more I tried to go to other pages, the more problems I found. I go to cancel my subscription. It let me fill out the form, then it says a verification code was sent to the email on my account, tried several times and the verification code to cancel was never sent!! Cancel my subscription!!

I followed the plan and it seems easy enough. I got through one of the plans and I didn’t see a miracle with my body but I can feel a difference and will continue doing plans.

I purchased a 12 week membership for this on Saturday 9-26-2026. I was able to log into the App, create my profile and complete Day 1. Go to the App on Sunday 9-27-2026 and the App screen I’m faced with at that moment was “Something went wrong Please, try again…..”. 
Hit Retry and nothing. Hit Retry again, still nothing. 
Come here and look to see if there is some type of update for the App, nothing. Then I go to troubleshoot the issue. Says log out, delete the App, reinstall, follow this step and that step and then got to sign in again and I was hit with “That email doesn’t look right.” Come back later Sunday afternoon 9-27-2026 to try agajn. It at least recognizes my email this time, however I go to sign-in and it wants me to Confirm email, ok so I hit Open email app. I NEVER have received the code in my email after probably at least 50-60 times and checking my junk folders numerous times. I have no way STILL to log in to this App. 
I email the Help Support Sunday 9-27-2026, receive an email response on Tuesday 9-29-226 asking me to attempt ALL the troubleshooting steps I have already done before emailing the support. So I humor them and myself and run thru ALL the steps again. Again no luck, still can’t log in. I replied back to the email and still no response as of Wednesday 9-30-2026. So I go to request a refund and cancel 9-30-2026 and it says go check my email for the code to confirm so we can make sure I get the cancellation confirmation…….shocker, again I get NO CODE in my email. 
So now I’m in a vicious cycle and want this cancelled due to VERY POOR app function and support. 
I’m beginning to believe I need to go dispute the credit card charges and then will have to watch my credit card because I have no way of cancelling the subscription that won’t allow me to cancel it either on December 25th 2026. 
I’m very much dissatisfied at this point.
