Features 160 trigger points with their corresponding referral patterns, 80 conditions that can be caused by trigger points, and 25 videos that show how to release specific muscles. Each muscle includes the visual referral pattern and point location, plus a written muscle action, referral, origin, insertion, nerve, comments, and audio pronunciation for each muscle. You can choose to view each muscle individually, or use the zones view to see all the muscles that refer into a specific area (or for a specific condition). This is a great help in discovering the source of pain.

Love this app.
Thank you for a useful and simple app. I have used it for a few years now.
Love It
Absolutely love the app. Learning anatomy and remembering all the muscles can be challenging with the human body being so interestingly “complex”. It’s a great tool to turn to for quick referencing when you just cannot remember the name of a muscle but know where it is situated or vice-versa. The entire bundle of apps in this range is great for that matter.
Headaches and migraines
I’ve suffered from headaches and migraines for years. Medication only helps for short periods. This app helped me to figure out is was due to muscle tension and quickly resolved the problem. I can now also quickly address neck and shoulder stiffness issues caused by training. This app is worth every cent!
Tracking of muscle pain!
It is the best I have seen and has helped me not to cause my wife's muscle injuries!

I am a physical therapist and this app is SO helpful in my practice. I can show the radiating pain patterns to patients and help them understand why I may be treating an area other than the site of their pain. It also help me in identifying possible sources of peripheral pain as well.
