Old app and website worked so much better -- KC8030, 2026-07-31 ### ***** "Customer Service is wonderful" The app could use some updating but the customer service is wonderful. -- KNS3137, 2026-07-22 ### *---- "Beyond terrible app" I wonder if they want us to just call in all of our schedules over the phone now. Whoever designed and approved this should be let go immediately. -- Murderphace , 2026-05-09 ### *---- "This sucks." Worst “improved” app I’ve ever seen. -- Etownag 03, 2026-05-08 ### *---- "Frustrated" Why fix something that wasn’t broken. The app is basically useless when you need an immediate on. Used to be a great feature now it takes 10 minutes to “immediately” turn lights on. -- cookiecrazy1233, 2026-05-04 ### *---- "2-authentication not working" Can’t change the type of 2 step authentication. Still can’t get into the app -- n@pe, 2026-04-23 ### *---- "Bad" This is horrible. The old app worked just fine. -- Jerod R, 2026-04-19 ### *---- "Horrible app" They removed previous app that worked fine to an updated version that is not user friendly & ridiculous to work thru when you have multiple sports complexes to schedule. Only allowing an email for username is absurd! Now employees who do not have a work email cannot log in & turn lights on & off when working at our sports facilities. Totally inconvenient & customer service will hang up on you if they can’t answer your question. Total waste!! -- Spbevo, 2026-04-13 [View all Musco Control-Link® reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Musco Control-Link® Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/musco-control-link-IVaz/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/musco-control-link-IVaz/canada) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/musco-control-link-IVaz/iceland) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/musco-control-link-IVaz/taiwan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
