First, Why is it so difficult to download - page view My subscription is still valid. But I can’t view the magazine. This is awful 2. The new version 2020 can’t select the words,so we can’t look it up at iPad dictionary . This is really backwards update.
Paid for a subscription and haven’t been able to read even one article and there is zero support! How do I cancel this subscription that I have no access to??
I have a paper subscription and the closest thing I can find on the app is a button that says sign in but I don’t know my username or password.

This magazine is intended for a younger audience true enough, but it's content is amazingly intriguing for all ages. My family have been subscribers to the physical edition for years now, and I'm incredibly glad that they have an ITunes version available. I hope they continue to be arrest magazine for years to come.
App won't let me enter my paid username and password. It crashes immediately when I click on account. For a $50 magazine subscription, I would expect it to work! Print magazine is awesome, just wish the digital version would work.
I love muse the are funny and great for a read.
