I used MuseScore free online for a while got offered pro + for 57 a year wound up still not having much access to content and with charges around 200 dollars on my card so I concelled my subscription and deleted the app. Would not recommend.

I regret my subscription
As a professional musician, I look for high quality music scores. I don’t mind purchase single pieces with great arrangements. However, this app is the worst one. Only choice is for subscription. If I want to see more pieces under the same title, I must purchase the pro version. There are $190 in total cost, but I found nothing I needed. I tried to get refund, but refused me twice, and wrote to me that it’s the final decision. I can’t get my refund. What a terrible experience!!!
Worst customer service and support ever
I charged recently by mistake and asked them for a full refund. The guy who answered from customer service was Alex. He just gave me two options to stock me with the subscription, and there was nothing about a refund. Then, I sent several follow-up emails, but no one responded to me. Very disrespectful and unresponsive. Be aware of this company if you want to go to paid version, they can do everything with your credit card.

Was good but now even after you pay the application try’s to sneak out more money from you . Got to the point it was not usable even with a subscription.
Great when it works
I love the music and community on the app but I’m constantly being sold to and asked to upgrade as a paid member. It makes the functionality of the app really frustrating to use when you actually want to play

Your composing app for making scores are stupid please do not add the rest to all of the bars I know what I’m doing so don’t make it so annoying to do.
Poor Communication and Support
I accidentally purchased two subscriptions and have been emailing for two weeks now waiting for a response to cancel one of the subscriptions and have not received an answer. There is no phone contact available so I am at the mercy of an email response. In the meantime, I’ve been charged $179.99 for something, I already have.
