After updating this app, it crashed…

Annie AY on

Hong Kong SAR China

I have been a user of your company’s products "music notes"for many years. After yesterday's update, it crashed. After deleting the apps several times and then installing it, it crashed repeatedly. It can't be used at all. Please follow up on this issue. Thank you.

Poor poor service

Accent1105 on

Hong Kong SAR China

I paid for a song score via the App and could not download the song. My purchase did not even show up in MusicNotes’ transaction record (this is after I have paid). Contacted the “help” person online and was told that since I paid via this Appa not through their website, I had to contact Apple directly to get a refund. What terrible service and attitude!

User friendly

Hi, I have been using this app for quite a while, it is very user friendly. It is so good if you can take my suggestions so that more people can buy their music via this. 1. Consider to let the buyer has right to use or print in an other device e.g. I am using iPad Pro, however, I wd like to transfer the music I bought here to my Mac to connect to the printer 2. Offer discount to customers even they buy 1 piece of music coz I usually can’t think of the 2nd purchase I need to make at the moment of instant shopping. Thank u very much for your kind attention and your improvement is highly appreciated. Cheers Jessica

New update Problem

AlieBalie on

United States

I love this website and now app! As a piano teacher it has become an invaluable tool for myself and my students. That being said, the new update has a few kinks that need to be worked out. The most annoying being the fact that the sound no longer works when previewing a song to buy. That’s an extremely helpful feature my students and I use all the time- please fix this asap, developers! 🙏

Newest version has glitches

mixmeisterm on

United States

Ever since the newest update, the search function on the music store does not work making it impossible to buy music.

App Needs Update (Bugs)

cmkoch5 on

United States

For the prices associated with this app, it’s really disappointing how buggy the user experience is. I can’t use the store function at all right now without the app crashing.

Organization at its Best

Pac192 on

United States

Love the app. I sing with 3 different groups and needed a better way to organize my music. The only thing I wish I could do is select any color and change the opacity of the marks that I make.
