Mustard Golf FAQ
Is Mustard Golf free?
Yes, Mustard Golf is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Mustard Golf legit?
🤔 The Mustard Golf app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
This app could be great if there was more interaction with humans or even the AI. I'm sure it's great passive income for someone, but the attention to the customer is seriously lacking. After your video review, YOU have to figure out where you are having the issue. The AI will tell you what you are not doing correctly, but it's up to you to figure out what you're doing wrong.
Then, you'll get a list of drills to pick from. You pick a favorite, and your stick with that for 2 weeks. You can't start drills the day of your review, you have to wait till the following day.
The app makes me feel like they want to prolong your progress, because you are paying more the longer you are subscribed.
The IT service is good, but the customer service is a 2 out of 10.
For serious golfers only
What a great app!
Has potential
This app could be good but, in all honesty, it’s not even close yet. It only analyzes down the line; face-on is just as important, if not more important for some players, so that’s a big bummer off the bat. It also takes forever to analyze your swing, it’s ridiculous. Lastly, they are charging $25/month for it, which is a complete rip off for its current functionality.
Having said that, I think it has potential. It has a good, clean app appearance and the analyzer is extremely critical. For some, that might not be fun, but it provides the most detailed analysis of your swing I have seen so far on an app. If they update it to be faster and more versatile, it *might* be worth what they are charging, but right now, save your money.
Just didn’t work, I got a free subscription and uploaded multiple videos but none of them processed

Pretty freaking handy
Self taught really. I have never taken an official lesson. This helped me realize a very important mistake that was pretty subtle in the sense not many would catch. Only flaw is the price to pay haha
Potential
The app has potential, but there are a lot of flaws. Using a camera to analyze your swing you HAVE to have consistent set up. Camera angle is going to affect the analysis, position the camera too close to ball and it’ll make the shaft appear more shallow which is going to affect scores such as moment of truth. Speaking of moment of truth, the app has an awful time analyzing this. It’ll jump from top of the swing, to barely into transition, to close to where it is supposed to be. The app defines it as just before shaft reaches parallel on downswing but it has RARELY measured it by its on standard. I have seen all these scores and have used the app to measure pro swings. Seeing amateur swings scores and some of the scores I’ve got on pro swings says a lot. Ultimately love the concept, but you’re better off using an app that you can film yourself, draw lines, and do it slow motion.
Swing analyzer is slow
Compared to other apps the swing analyzer is slow. Also The beginning of the video immediately after the analysis is annoyingly repetitive. I would prefer leaving out the first one or two comments that are not specific to the swing being analyzed. Also you have to pay for a whole year. It would be reasonable to make the minimum payment period 1-3 months instead of a whole year.
Continuously fails to analyze
I have uploaded several swing videos following the best practices (DTL, not too far, not too close, club in frame, good lighting, etc) and every single video has failed to process. I really want to try this app out, but I haven’t had any success.
Video analysis does not work
I’ve uploaded 5 clear high quality videos, and they do not work. The video analysis does not work.
Game changer
Absolutely changed my game. Would recommend to anyone
