Servers down

Servers went down on a Saturday morning when I was trying to fetch a page while caring for my 2 and 4 year old. Not acceptable. Managers - find another app for your Docs. —ABIM Certified Doc 2019

Crashes Constantly, Unreliable, Patient Safety Issue

I am forced to use this app by my employer. The UI design is poor. Sound alerts are unreliable. The biggest issue however is that frequently the app will refuse to open and crashes on launch, the only solution being to uninstall the app and reinstall which is a huge headache. Given the unreliability it is a patient safety concern and needs to be addressed ASAP. I need to be able to reliably receive pages

It never opens

The app never opens, but it alerts 😂🤣🤦🏿‍♂️. Like, the alerts don’t stop. I’m paged. I see the alert, hear the alert, but I can’t respond to it, awesome 👏🏿 👏🏿👏🏿. Please fix this. Previous versions of this app were pretty reliable. In an irritating Trump voice.. Make this app great again (somewhat MAGA 😖🤣😂)…

Latest version failure

This system constantly crashes or doesn’t even open. Too bad out IT says this is the only option

Like it. Wish to have a iwatch version that we can see the msg from watch!

Latest version does not work I have missed messages with this program Would get rid of it but our IT department says we have to use it

Awful app

Crashes constantly, usually will not even open. Also outdated, has not been updated to the latest iOS release.
