## Mutually Well Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless app"
I re downloaded this app and it hasn’t improved from the first time I downloaded it.
I’m not sure what the premium version offers, but the free version only offers listings for different locations.
It’s not much of a benefit from Mutual of Omaha and I would not waste money or time with this app.
-- jl manning, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Not helpful"
Have never found anything with this app. I just tried again after relocating. It looks for locations but reports none within 50 miles of me in Kansas, but I live in East Tennessee! Really?
-- CVHvala, 2024-11-11

### *---- "This app got to be one of the worse apps I have had to use! Very buggy and not able to properly use!"
This app got to be one of the worse apps I have had to use! Very buggy and not able to properly use! Placed a support case for help resolve my login issue, after three months never her for technical support ! The app keeps telling me I did not enter the correct login or password when I know I have since I have no issues login the the Website!!!
-- JC12553, 2024-09-16

### *---- "Spins and spins and spins"
But never lets you finish ‘sign up’.
Bogus.
-- quincydubois, 2024-09-12

### *---- "Useless"
The app on my iPhone is absolutely useless it just spins and will not connect to my account. I have to go to my laptop to get info. And now that is not working says I am not attached to that account. I called and asked for help to no avail. Sent an email today still waiting.
-- ggmermaid, 2024-09-06

### *---- "Worthless app"
This app starts with somewhere in the middle of the country. No gyms or anything found. No way to put in location.
Online works with web page.
Why put out an app that is completely useless?
-- Terry E A, 2024-07-19

### *---- "User unfriendly"
I made an error when entering DOB and the system would not allow correction. I deleted the account to re-create with correct information and the app will not accept my email address. States that the email address is already registered. Mutually Well customer service was useless. She kept telling me that there is no way to delete an account.
-- TiminPA, 2024-07-18

### *---- "Just doesn’t work"
The Mutually Well program seems amazing on the website. The access to gyms alone more than justifies the approximate $30 a month price tag. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to be able to get into a single gym because the ones on the website do not populate within the app. So close to being great but as it is now, don’t waste your money.
-- Looseleaf, 2024-07-05

### *---- "Worst app ever"
How can they even call this a working app. It’s clunky, it’s only randomly pulls up your membership card. You can’t download your membership or put it in your phone wallet. Most of the time it just sits there with that circle going round and round and never does anything.
-- Blade3615, 2024-06-21

### *---- "They need to fix all the bugs with an update"
This app barely works. I’m not happy with it. They need to release an update and fix all of the bugs. I don’t think they ever will though they are a greedy company.
