## Muvr Reviews in United States

### ***** "Moving made my way"
Excellent service at the click of a button. From the click of a button the delivery was at my doorstep in two hours. Quicker than Amazon.
-- ski9966, 2025-08-21

### *---- "Unreliable, no customer service"
I booked 3 days before the move and my credit card was charged. But up to the day of the move, no movers had been assigned and the move was marked as pending. I decided to cancel in order to make other arrangements, but a notice popped up that there is a 20% cancellation fee. There was no phone number to call. No customer service to chat or text. It was stressful waiting all day wondering if anyone was going to show up. I ended up contacting someone through Facebook marketplace who came over right away to move my furniture.

### ***** "Exceeded my expectations!"
I purchased a large media console from Crate & Barrel store and needed it to be delivered to my house. C&B sales rep recommended I hire Muvr for the delivery. Scheduling was very easy and pricing was clear and reasonable. I was scheduled for a delivery window of 12-2pm and I was fully prepared to wait around for 2 hours but they showed up right at 12! The driver/muvrs were very professional and friendly, and quickly brought up the media console to my 2nd floor living room.

Overall, 10 star experience! Don’t hesitate to hire these guys for your next move/delivery needs. They are GREAT!!!
-- laneko, 2025-08-13

### *---- "Scammed out of $206"
They charge me for the move request. No movers were ever assigned to my job. The day of my move of it was as if my request never went through. There was no record of my purchase in the app, but I did have an email receipt and my card was charged. There’s no way for me to request a refund since our customer support is only reachable through email and not responsive.
I would avoid.

### ***** "Above and Beyond!"
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. We picked out furniture at an outlet store and the staff recommended Muvr for delivery. They responded immediately, gave a quote and were there within an hour to pick up and deliver! They were so nice and respectful. We told them the bldg had an elevator but unfortunately the VERY heavy sofa sleeper didn’t fit in the elevator!! (Advice to customers: don’t just measure the room, make sure to measure the elevator too) so these amazing guys carried that beast up the stairs!
I gave them a well-deserved tip and would highly recommend them!
-- Suzy4Good, 2025-07-13

### ***** "Great moving team!"
The guys have helped me during two different moves in LA. Always reliable, fast and friendly. Can’t recommend this team enough for small or big moves.
-- Anthony Del Negro, 2025-06-29

### ***** "Amazing"
Movers were amazing!! Super fast and very accommodating. Tony and his colleague were super helpful!
-- tastebytal, 2025-06-15

### ***** "Great movers !"
Rico and Jonathan were Awesome! They were very kind and professional. I will definitely use them again! The service is affordable, quick and helpful. These two showed the definition of what teamwork is. Fast and efficient in their duties. This is what a 5 star company is about.
-- Melton-Torres, 2025-06-02

### ***** "Koby"
Friendly and professional service. Even came earlier than planned and great communication
N
-- M Koby, 2025-05-28

### ***** "Awesome Experience!"
Responsive and helpful service. The movers were patient and extremely careful when moving the furniture. We had an issue because the furniture was a bit too big for our bedroom doors but they were able to figure out a solution. Thank you for your service!
