I’m getting very scared and concerned after reading multiple reviews and trying to get in touch with customer service that I am not gonna be able to cancel or get my refund for this. I have emailed customer service and called which no one answers. I have also tried the chat function on the website and in the middle of the day during a normal work week they say that these aren’t normal business hours. I look up the business on Google and it says the facility is closed. I am getting extremely concerned and wish to be contacted immediately! Other phone numbers aren’t working, links to cancel my subscription don’t work, the list goes on!
Subtitles don’t work
The content is great - son loves it. But subtitles don’t work on Apple TV and nobody responds via customer service. Potential to be a 5 star if customer service responds on how to fix subtitles.
App vs web
If you start in the app, the password does not open the web version. So I did not understand how to access all the print outs and games( these are not in the app) I canceled the trial and then purchased through the web, an now same issue, the web version password is not valid in the app.

I used to love it but when I got my phone it wouldn’t work on mine and it worked fine on my moms phone til it quit on us !!!! 😡😭great program and storyline, but thinking about downloading duolingo instead. Adios!
Crap
I wish I would have read other peoples reviews before purchasing the two-year program. Upon signing up you are given a login/password. However, the login/password that they gave me don’t work - so there is no way to access the program on any apps (there is also no way to change or recover your password ). I have tried emailing the company and no one responds. I’ve tried calling to cancel - and again no one responds. Muzzy is a great program - but the way this is set up, this really is a scam.
6 month update: WAY too little content for the amount that you pay and the app for some reason constantly locks me out and the password never works on the app even though it works on the desktop website. All in all, worst purchase I made this year. Save your money.
Not honoring subscription time
I purchased a 24 month subscription up front, and it stopped working after 12 months. Nothing was emailed to me to confirm my purchase, but I took screen shots of the receipt screen after purchase. There is a phone number at the bottom, but it doesn’t work. So I have no way of contacting anyone except to complain here.
What happened?!
Like others, I purchased the two year deal. At first, the videos and subtitle/download features were great and helped with utilizing the program. Now they want me to pay an additional 74.99 for something already paid for?! This does not make any sense.
Please, if you are the creator/distributor, fix this. Already reached out to customer service, they helped me with another issue (thus the two stars, not one), however, I still have yet to hear back about this app. Muzzy rocks, but the people running the app need to get their act together.
No one in their right mind would pay extra for an app that is supposed to be part of the deal.

I wish you could make some improvements to the app because it always says something isn’t working try again later but when I try again later it says the same thing please make improvements please

You’ll have better luck with Dora the explorer. They explain what the word is. This does repetition in the videos, but no explanation. So my kids get tired of not understanding because they can not relate in any way.
Also, these videos HAD to be from the 90’s. This was way over priced!
iPad app does not work
I downloaded the app, but if I click to login it says something went wrong. I tried shutting down the iPad and waiting a few days, still can’t use it on the iPad.
