Thanks to the calisthenics workouts full body transportation. No need for a gym but yes for a pull-up bar. Highly recommend. Oh and that’s just one of the many types of workouts you can select from. Keep up the great work.

MV is an inspirational and motivating coach, positive and uplifting. What I love about his workouts is that you can go at your own pace, he switches it up constantly, most of them you can do in the comfort of your own home and there is literally a calendar you can follow everyday. I support this man 💯!!!

Feedback to Michael, please do allow some free teaser videos for new users to consider before subscribing to this program. Although I truly believe you are a credible coach, I do not believe that we are on the same fitness level when it comes to comparing ourselves to your advanced workouts.

This is an amazing app for working out and has changed my life and approach on how to workout. It has everything you’d want whether it’s strength, endurance, core etc. I mostly like the daily apps that are different workouts every day with 2 days of rest and anywhere from 15min to 40 min per workout depending on how fast you complete them, which is realistic. The focus on the daily workouts are core while hitting all other muscle groups daily throughout the week, which I enjoy mostly about the app. The workouts are always different length in times and difficulty which makes it fresh each day. I’ve cancelled my gym and peloton memberships and focus on these workouts weekly, it’s all I need.

I can say this MV app is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Not only I get to work out with my favorite fitness idol but I am supported with motivational team in Facebook group and Michael!

I have really been loving this app! The work outs are fun and challenging and keep me motivated for moving forward reaching my fitness goals!

Workouts have been dynamite but noticed the March 1, 2021 workout isn’t loading properly. Can it be fixed?

The MV app has been nothing but motivating and something I can rely on to get a daily routine in. After being a personal trainer for a few years, I needed something different to rely on instead of myself. There are different programs you can do and a lot of it can be done at home with minimal equipment. Only after 3 weeks I feel stronger and excited about working out again. Highly recommend!
