The MV App is the ultimate bodyweight fitness training app. Designed to help you rapidly lose weight and build muscle, all while maximizing and improving cardiovascular health. 

The MV App takes all the guesswork out of searching for the right workout. It has the ability to provide you with various daily workouts that include calisthenics, pushups, and more that’ll keep your muscles constantly guessing. My variation training is hard and fast, and it’s one of the key factors for getting and keeping your body lean. This is also important for generating and improving strong blood flow to every muscle. 

Because you’re able to view step-by-step instructional videos, you’ll be training like a professional in no time. You’ll also discover the fundamentals of every exercise, which is one of the keys to maximizing your health. 

With your subscription you'll have unlimited access to:

Thanks to the calisthenics workouts  full body transportation. No need for a gym but yes for a pull-up bar. Highly recommend. Oh and that’s just one of the many types of workouts you can select from. Keep up the great work.

This is an amazing app for working out and has changed my life and approach on how to workout. It has everything you’d want whether it’s strength, endurance, core etc. I mostly like the daily apps that are different workouts every day with 2 days of rest and anywhere from 15min to 40 min per workout depending on how fast you complete them, which is realistic. The focus on the daily workouts are core while hitting all other muscle groups daily throughout the week, which I enjoy mostly about the app. The workouts are always different length in times and difficulty which makes it fresh each day. I’ve cancelled my gym and peloton memberships and focus on these workouts weekly, it’s all I need.

The MV app has been nothing but motivating and something I can rely on to get a daily routine in. After being a personal trainer for a few years, I needed something different to rely on instead of myself. There are different programs you can do and a lot of it can be done at home with minimal equipment. Only after 3 weeks I feel stronger and excited about working out again. Highly recommend!

Love the app and his workouts. Some are short and sweet and others are harder. I love how he changes up the workout and how he takes basic movements to the next level.
