## MW Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "RUN AWAY"
Please return this item 💀 they can’t even get a simple app to work. How do you expect them to actually make a solid product. 1/10 worst than Temu quality
-- grovewl, 2025-01-15

### *---- "NEVER WROTE A REVIEW BEFORE"
First review I have ever submitted. I just got a 100+$ vest for my birthday. App can not pair. The battery is fully charged and has charged for over 5 hours… as soon as my vest shows up on the app, the battery shuts off and the Bluetooth goes looking for the device again… time and time again. I will be returning product and deleting app
-- Smitreview123, 2025-01-06

### *---- "Won’t stay connected"
Had the socks and purchased a vest - app would only connect off and on. It would also try to pick up other garments that were near me.
-- SBOMMA95, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Will Not Connect to Bluetooth"
The vest seems to warm well using the button on the vest.

Unfortunately I am unable to link the vest to the app.

This diminishes the functionality of the vest. I am disappointed and will need to return the product.
-- teemotao, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Socks won’t pair with Bluetooth"
Socks won’t pair with Bluetooth
-- RogerDodgers11, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Unstable app"
It keeps resetting the temperature. I’ll set it to low and then the app will set it to high on its own.
-- AKHunterNP, 2024-11-17

### **--- "Bad sock"
The right sock has never worked no matter what I do. These were a gift so can’t be returned.
-- howmsnynicknametriesdoesittake, 2024-01-17

### ***** "Great product"
I am going to be honest and say that sure, sometimes the app is a bit janky but it gets the job done. it is pretty easy to use and I am grateful it comes in app form as below my ski boots i would not be able to reach the temperature changer. Thank you developers.
-- Leleboo waldorf, 2024-01-01

### ***** "Fieldsheer jacket"
Installed the app and connected to my new jacket within minutes. Super simple and easy to use.
-- Bmh406, 2023-12-30

### *---- "Walmart would connect to clothing I have tried everything."
I bought heated thermals brand new. I charged everything up with the batteries in it turned them off, then turned them on they would not connect. I waited 10 minutes. I open the app. I closed it still nothing. I turned the garments on and off. Still nothing I manually turn Bluetooth on, and then off still nothing they need to work on getting the app to connect to the clothing.
