## Mwave Mobile Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Need a UX designer"
This app is the worst UX I’ve ever encountered. Please hire a designer
-- Jared2071, 2023-11-23

### **--- "Hard to see the detail of pictures"
Needs a pinch and zoom function for photo’s so we can see the details. Only downloaded it because the mobile mobile website is so bad and obviously not tested by the web devs. The website also needs rebuilding to be more responsive with bigger text for phones.
-- 4minutemile, 2023-05-22

### *---- "App bombs out on opening"
Downloaded the app and every time I open the app it bombs out.
-- Holy_Chit, 2022-12-20

### ***-- "Unfortunately"
The app seems to run fine
Apart from it force closing 90% of the time I try to put something on my wish list
-- URDR34M, 2021-08-11

### ***-- "Needs Improvement."
Nice and very user friendly UI, Speedy but clunky at times,

My issue is with iOS if I haven’t used the app in 24 hours I get logged out and have to go through the hassle of signing back in, So that needs to be looked into and fixed please.
-- Cyberllion, 2021-06-02

### ****- "Great app needs new UI"
This app is great for checking prices on their website but that’s about it. I would like it for the to redo their UI to make it more understandable and easy to manoeuvre.
-- Rami Bakri, 2020-12-14

### *---- "Painfully Slow And Crashes"
Probably ok for checking status of your order but searching for products is slow and crashes often
-- huu.sydney, 2020-12-04

### *---- "The worst experience I have ever had."
Bought 2 new monitors from Mwave and I was so exciting picking them up. When I unboxed the first package I found a crack on the screen. Immediately reported the case with them and it was within 5 hours since I got it. Once I received their response I brought it back to the store. And soon to find out I loss nearly 700$ because of my bad luck. They claimed it was my fault to brake the BNIB monitor and quote "nothing we can do about it".
It was bullying from such a big guy like Mwave to an individual customer. If anything like this happens at JB or David Jones I believe I would have a chance to get a replacement right away.
If you find a same product that is sold elsewhere avoid Mwave at all cost. They are practically similar to insurance firms who only try their best to maximize the sale and do not give a damn to customers.
Was trying to build a PC for a 3000 series GPU from them and then this happens. I'll go somewhere else.
My biggest disappointment in a very long time.
-- harrylee0612, 2020-09-23

### *---- "BullS***T APP"
Tried on two occasions to by stuff, everything looked ok after I finished putting in the required info was later told that I hadn’t paid. App has some BIG issues on IOS.

In a further report, I keep getting told that there is still stuff in my cart that I need to pay for, even after I have deleted the app and closed my account.

I think these guys are so enamoured with the fact, as a tech company, they have an app that they haven’t thought through the consequences of what happens if it doesn’t work, and therefore damaging their reputation as a technology supplier.

Come back next week for an update, if I still have access.

In a further aside it doesn’t surprise that their phones are currently not working????
-- 3174, 2020-09-06

### ***-- "Great service, bad app"
I would definitely use the PC browser over this. MWave app developers, if you see this, PLEASE iron out all the bugs
