Mweb FAQ
Is Mweb free?
Yes, Mweb is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Mweb legit?
⚠️ The Mweb app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Us as customers can never receive any agents even after waiting for an hour, horrible customer service. The app itself seems to be poorly designed and we are being deducted for a product that is not active and we don’t even have the opportunity to talk to an agent to cancel. At this point this is a Scam , i urge anyone to never use Mweb as a service provider ever
No assistance
You call it says try our app we can assist you via the Mweb app. Let me tell you there is no agents on said app you will queue forever stuck in limbo. Service is pathetic
MWeb is a joke
They don’t have any timeframes; they’ll leave you with no WiFi for a whole week and their agents don’t know how to speak to customers; close this company or somebody please buy it because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing
Poor service
This app is ridiculous, you wait forever to talk to an agent, well to me it’s been days and still haven’t talked to one yet. I don’t understand their billing, where are these extra costs coming from and they don’t debit their money on the agreed date which is also ridiculous. I guess they debit on the wrong dates to justify these extra fees and I’m not here for it, I’m thinking of cancelling it all together and get a different service provider because we’re being scammed at this point. I don’t even want to mention the network connection 🚮
Customer
Possibly the worst app I’ve had to interact with. Customer service is simply nonexistent. You’d need a miracle to get in touch with a support staff even when your internet service is disconnected despite being debited. The app features just don’t work. Perhaps instead of launching “AI” Chatbots that don’t work, focus on getting core functionalities up and running effectively. An absolute mess and inconvenience.
Impossible to deal with Mweb
It is impossible to engage with Mweb. They refuse to make themselves available and even show incorrect numbers on their website
Down load speed
4.6 Mbps on fiber line at R650/ month ?? How do they manage to have clients ?? Support non existant🙈🙈
Pathetic
Don’t even consider using this service provider,if I could get a hold of them I’d cancel….Can’t log onto app because I never received any sms with logging on details and no one ever answers the call to lines advertised
App is worse than Network and Support is worser
I want to rate this zero, but I can’t because Apple won’t allow me. Our fibre has been down 3 days. Mweb blames Vuma, Vuma blames Mweb. No one takes accountability and the app does not allow you to log a fault. The app resets and fails and is a waste of development time and effort. Please consider firing your entire app dev team and ONLY do support via email and phone.
Not working as should
This app became a terrible waste of drive space. Speed tests only show upload speed, if you are lucky, and fault reporting has no affect at all.
