I just created my own domain emails on the main website and I can login just fine on the browser to each of my emails. However I cannot sign in with any email on this app. It shows an error “Not found” It seems like it’s outdated or not connecting to the server to grab the new emails.

The pricing is very attractive, and there are (almost always) ongoing promotions, however the users are expected to know some basics around DNS settings i.e. for MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC. There are no restrictions on the number of domains or mail boxes, but there are some restrictions on sending (reasonable for most) and storage. This app is the mobile version of the CrossBox web application, it is easy to use but there are some kinks needed to be ironed out.
