For now, I just selected Cummins but hopefully they will fix this issue. The app appears very useful otherwise. -- jknoxville456, 2026-01-27 ### *---- "Renegade Verona 36 VSB M2 106 L 9 Cummins" Can’t sign up…starts with1F -- Uma & Dan, 2025-12-16 ### *---- "Data Missing" I loaded my rig and all the maintenance that had been performed. When I went back into the app after the latest update, all the information was missing. -- Bercubs, 2025-10-21 ### *---- "Won’t take my VIN" Have a 2022 RV on Freightliner chassis and it won’t accept my VIN number - have checked it and is entered correctly and is the chassis VIN. UPDATE: In response to the developer, my VIN starts with 5VBR. -- TLC2025, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "Garbage" As the only other reviewer stated, just trying to set the AP up is a nightmare. Can’t get past the VIN part. It keeps saying invalid VIN even though I checked it many times with both lower case and caps. What good is an AP that you can’t even use?? Great idea but worthless in present form. Just received reply stating that this app was only for Freightliner special chassis and not M2 for RVs. It wasn’t clear to me that your App was for custom chassis only. My RV is built on the M2-106plus chassis with Vin# starting with 1FVA . It would be great if this chassis was included in your App. Thank You -- KJ6PA, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "Failure from the start" I would like to give this app a very good review since the concept is much needed. But sadly just trying to setup my vehicle is becoming a frustrating impossibility. It first asks for the vehicle’s manufactured MONTH and year. Month? Okay, no problem. Then asks for the VIN. After that I have to choose an engine type with only two choices - Detroit or Cummins… Umm, neither? Then basically the same question with transmission type. Four mandatory choices that aren’t even close to what I have. And then it says I have the wrong VIN. Seriously? Who designed this app? Not impressed. * The basic information should already be obtainable via the VIN, that I not only retrieved from the vehicle but even tried cutting and pasting from the original contract just to make sure. -- qvdugng, 2025-02-15 ### *---- "Rv er" Will not reset my password. Don’t think it excepted my details. Go to reset password and it just says reset password and no way to type it in. -- hoppyj54, 2024-10-23 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Will not accept my coach when trying to add new. Error message. iPhone 15 pro max. iOS 17.4.1 -- Phlat5, 2024-03-07 ### *---- "Won’t take info input" Tried to input mileage and serviced performed and it won’t take the info says some happened try again. That don’t work -- grassandleavesgalore, 2024-03-07 ### *---- "Won’t accept my vin#" App is worthless. Won’t even accept the vin number on my 2023 M2 chassis. Even tried the shortened vin supplied by Renegade RV -- Krusher0001, 2024-01-25 [View all My 24/7 Direct reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## My 24/7 Direct In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | My 24/7 Pro Annual Access | $79.99 | | My 24/7 Pro Monthly Access | $8.99 | ## My 24/7 Direct Discovered Keywords -
