電車が大幅に遅延している時に、その路線をみるとアプリが落ちます。
JREアプリよりもいい

出先で現在の運行状況を見ようとしたら、アップデートを要求されて欲しい状況が見れなかった。 当然、出先なのでアプリのダウンロードをするのは躊躇われ… アプリの用途的に、アップデートの予告をしたり、猶予期間を持って最低限の利用はさせて欲しかったです…
すごく助かります
電車内の混み具合表示に助けられています。 足が悪いため空いている電車が分かりありがたいです。 特に電車遅延時に、1本電車を見送ろうという判断ができとても助かります。
他社間直通運転の遅延情報と列車の位置情報が無い
直通運転の遅延情報は別会社やシステム上の理由として位置情報をストレートに出せる様に出来ないものなのか⁉︎遅延状況で順序変更が発生した場合は駅の案内放送が頼りになるが、直前まで分からない様な状況は本当にあてにならない。😩
