Very irritating and non -functional. If the GPS location is not accurate, you are unable to correct it !!!! -- j.e.r.e.m.y., 2024-08-28 ### *---- "Worst Site" It’s absolutely useless. I would give it a Zero * and do it the old fashioned way. With my AA Mobility Card -- msnagdee, 2023-03-14 ### **--- "Sort of does the job" More or less does what you expect, but has a lot of odd quirks. For instance, I’ve got an annoying “1 message dot” notification, and I can’t find what I need to do to make it go away. There was a great opportunity missed with app. The AA rates are the standard by which people claim travel expenses. Why are you not able to record trips in your car, and it lets you know how much it cost? The AA paper-based road maps used to be the best out there. I would have thought that they would have made their way into the app. It’s missing the ability to record the details of an accident, or where the closest AA approved garages are. Feels really thin overall and you are left feeling that South Africa’s premium roadside assistance service deserves a better app. -- Andrew vdw, 2022-01-30 ### **--- "Needs improvement" Currently the app is lacking efficiency, it lags and doesn’t work properly…hopefully AA can resolve this and make it better🤝 -- Dass Carl, 2021-08-09 ### ***** "Update is great" The new AA app is great... All you could need from the AA in the palm of your hand... -- David0A, 2020-12-08 ### *---- "Buggy and ugly" This app is a UX nightmare - heaven forbid one should have to rely on the app in an emergency. Besides things not working most of the time, it’s a nightmare to navigate and doesn’t offer much value or utility. Do over! -- jayx_m, 2020-09-09 ### *---- "Bad app" This app does not work well. Cannot login even though I am paid up member. -- Ghostdog308, 2020-08-25 ### *---- "AA. App" Totally useless and dysfunctional App. The response you get when clicking on ‘Reload’: Could not open database '3c925278-8352-4cc6-8db7-cf5132940763_45f02010-fe10-4ce9-b7e5-0e95e3e140f7': Could not open database Rewrite the app from scratch. -- uDokotel, 2020-07-24 ### ***** "Small problem" I am an AA client, have been for many years. I also have the AA armed response and its paid in full however when I go on my app it shows that I don’t have armed response which is a worry. How do I solve this please? -- DawnCoetzee, 2020-05-29 ### *---- "App is buggy" I’m not a member of the AA. I try to update my details but I see an error “LocalUserInfo with id 0 was not found” and it gets stuck asking me to enter an OTP that never arrives. -- Seraph Imalia, 2020-03-04 [View all My AA App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## My AA App Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | South Africa | Business | #241 | ## My AA App Available In - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/my-aa-app-uNzc/south-africa) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/my-aa-app-uNzc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
