## My Account by TruConnect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Eliminate voicemail"
Awful service
-- Rosie me8, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Service"
This service is so bad, it says on SOS only, I can’t send or receive picture messaging none of the time,Sometimes I can’t receive calls or texts my friends tell me I’ve tried to get a hold of you, but I can’t. I called truconnect. They are unwilling to help me. They make fun of me. They tell me that they can’t understand me, they tell me it’s my phone issue. They are rude!I have called about this same issue 6 times now and nothing is resolved. The manager told me I get what I pay for. They only go through two trouble shootings than give up. I have only had their Service for less than one month.
-- Emilee[, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Your voicemail is the worst ever"
Your voicemail program sucks…
It is actually the worst voicemail i have ever used.
-- tucygvejc, 2024-11-28

### ***** "Great Signal"
I’m a new customer and connection and signal has been great so far and I had to call customer service once to help get me logged in to my account and they was very friendly and helpful
-- malcolmjonessr2, 2024-11-27

### *---- "update"
needs more fixing
-- rodriguez99882, 2024-11-14

### **--- "False advertisement"
They have a option under “additional resources” called “ contact us to get 8 GB of FREE data each month”
Well, I did the support fill out it takes you to when you click on it the icon and I had no answer after a week so I called them today to be told by a representative that “the government shut down that program a while ago”
What?..
So why not take it off your page if it was “a while ago”? Seems like y’all need to get to updating your app from what I see in these reviews and what I have experienced today! Scared to try anything else out on the app! Definitely switching to something more updated and helpful🙄
-- Anonymous_6169, 2024-10-14

### **--- "App needs major improvement"
Tired of paying for extra data & not being able to track the use of it because It never updates my data usage, it always says “error”
-- Ahdbdndnd, 2024-10-02

### **--- "App won’t update information"
App still shows as having unlimited data even though I know I don’t have unlimited anymore, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Also, every time I open the app and sign in, an error message pops up
-- Celessia.exe, 2024-06-18

### ***** "Perfect"
It’s a great app
-- Àghjklnnvyyzewio, 2024-05-29

### ***** "Wire Fraud"
They took money off of my card without my authorization and did not allow me to pay my phone bill. I’m contacting the FBI about them manipulating my credit card. It is a federal offense to commit a crime.
