I’ve been a loyal Airtel customer since 2010, but the experience has gone downhill ever since the merger with Dialog. The network connectivity has become absolutely terrible, making it impossible to use data or even make basic calls without constant disruptions.

What’s worse is the customer service. I raised a complaint over a week ago, and despite multiple calls to the call center, both the agents and the supervisors have been unhelpful. My issue is still unresolved, and every time I call, I get the same response with no actual action being taken.

It’s really disappointing to see a service I trusted for so long deteriorate like this. Airtel, it’s time to step up your game or you’ll keep losing loyal customers like me!
