Constant issues with signing in.  I can’t sign in at all or use forgot password with the update.  Also, if you want to call them and press the call button, nothing happens. I called the number on my card and the rep told me not to trust the provider search results in the app and to do it a different way on the website. Additionally she was unprofessional and gave me incorrect information.

Submit the Find a Specialist form and they never respond. Tap the Call button in the app and nothing happens. The app literally does nothing. I pay them hundreds of dollars a month and they don’t respond and their app is broken.

Easily the most annoying thing about this app is how often they roll out updates and that they won’t let you use the app until you have. There are other issues like sometimes documents don’t show up. Duplicates of things will show and claims don’t update.

I have never used a more difficult app in my life. This insurance is ridiculous.  If it was not forced on us by employer we would never have picked it up. We are stuck with it and to upend our medical items and have to play shell game again is frustrating. Our daughter gets an infusion every 8 weeks and we now have to hunt for a provider that will take this insurance. She was perfectly fine with her choice of provider and now we cannot use them. If government could do the THING in our favor that would be to get healthcare under control and slap all the insurance companies into line.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever tried to use. I signed up for an account, but it wouldn’t let me get past the member ID/Soc sec login. 

The soc sec login doesn’t pop you out of the number keyboard to click next. It’s comical. I couldn’t sign in via membership ID because they haven’t sent the card yet. 

After numerous hurdles,I found a customer service support page, and it said to call the number on the back of the card. 

Since we don’t have the card, we can’t use that number.

OK app, but cannot enter phone number in balance billing section.  Email is prefilled, but keyboard just disappears when trying to input phone number.  This is a required field for this function.  HELP!
