If I could give it zero stars I would. EXTREMELY outdated, stalls and freezes and it just cost me $25 fee because the app said it processed my payment with a balance of $0 due then a week later I get a notice of disconnection due to non-payment. The app never submitted it to my bank. DON’T USE THE APP OR EVEN DOWNLOAD IT!!! -- Fireguy1976, 2025-10-07 ### *---- "Cannot even login" Login credentials used online do not work. -- dollepye, 2025-10-06 ### **--- "The application is very primitive" The application is very primitive and doesn’t provide enough information like bills, rates etc. -- SunilKimar, 2025-05-20 ### *---- "Mala aplicación" Poco amigable y compleja para hacer los pagos…. -- Landis76, 2025-04-05 ### *---- "Horrible" The website is horrible and with less than a 2 star rating I assume the app is horrible!! Why is there no one addressing these problems? Surely you guys are looking at this. -- c_m20, 2024-09-22 ### *---- "IT/ Developer really need to add this app to the top of their todo list" The app is extremely outdated compared to the technology that’s being offered in the world. Everyone seems to have issues with making payment and instead of Amigo taking time to address issues within their app they just charged the customer fees. With the amount of money collected from fees I’m more than sure the company can hire a developer to bring this app up to date. I don’t understand how you are even still in competition market with other energy company with the services you are offering. Maybe because you offer the low price per kilowatt to keep your customer then charges fees for every little thing. The company needs to come together and discuss better marketing opportunities to enhance the company. It’s 2024 how are we supposed to pay our bills if Amigo is not updating their App. Like don’t you want our money . Plz look into this and stand on business -- Jessie J Jackson, 2024-02-03 ### ***** "App Usage" I had no problems with using the app. My payment was done with ease. -- Balliee33, 2024-01-29 ### *---- "HORRIBLE APP!!!" App does not work!!! Cannot store payment. Page will not scroll!!!! HATE THIS APP!!!! -- fjkffrcyhnkjsa, 2024-01-11 [View all My Amigo Energy reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## My Amigo Energy Discovered Keywords - my amigo energy ## Apps Similar to My Amigo Energy - [Barri Send Money & Remittances](https://apptail.io/app/barri-send-money-remittances-erbb/united-states) - [TXU Energy](https://apptail.io/app/txu-energy-IQCc/united-states) - [Smart-Parking](https://apptail.io/app/smart-parking-dGnd/united-states) - [Sigo Insurance](https://apptail.io/app/sigo-insurance-lXyd/united-states) - [Frontier Utilities](https://apptail.io/app/frontier-utilities-TJvh/united-states) - [My Just Energy](https://apptail.io/app/my-just-energy-SgAi/united-states) - [Consultant App](https://apptail.io/app/consultant-app-UgAi/united-states) - [Alpine Rio iSAVE](https://apptail.io/app/alpine-rio-isave-lWJj/united-states) - [ResMan Resident App](https://apptail.io/app/resman-resident-app-hCNm/united-states) - [Ambit Energy Customer](https://apptail.io/app/ambit-energy-customer-DMEn/united-states) ## My Amigo Energy Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/my-amigo-energy-YfAi/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/my-amigo-energy-YfAi/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/my-amigo-energy-YfAi/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
