Manage your AMP banking, super, insurance, and investments anywhere, anytime



Account management:

• View bank and wealth statements and correspondence
• Retrieve login details
• Set up banking and super alerts via iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch
• Log in securely via PIN or Face ID


Transactional features:

• Set up BPAY® billers & payees, and transfer money
• Manage all your cards in one place
• Add your AMP bank cards to your Apple wallet
• Make near real time payments using BSB and Account Number
• Make near real time payments via Pay ID

Financial planning and tracking:

• Monitor the progress of your savings goals
• Track your investment performance

Superannuation and retirement:

• New AMP customers can open a Super account directly via the Mobile app
• Start bringing your other superannuation accounts together using the 'Search for my Super' feature
• Check your insurance inside super
• Update and manage your super beneficiaries

Additional services:

• Access products and offers to apply for a saver, access, or a term deposit account
• Submit a prequalify form for a home loan

Customer support:

• Submit a general enquiry
• Chat with customer support
• Track requests you've made with the bank
