## my Arkansas WIC Reviews in United States

### **--- "Needs improvement"
Since the new update I can’t access my account an why should I have to re register it if I was already signed in
-- jazzpreon, 2025-10-02

### *---- "Update"
App had an update and it logged me out. Now I can’t register an account at all. So I can’t see my benefits
-- NOT SCIFI, 2025-09-27

### *---- "Account name"
I need someone to help me I’ve had WIC for a year and it keeps making me register and I can’t figure out what to put for account name at all
-- Sarabear0301, 2025-06-03

### *---- "No longer works"
App never works. When I register my Account the screen goes blank.
-- Wanderstardust, 2025-06-02

### *---- "Needs improvement bad"
The location isn’t working the logging in isn’t working nothing is working on it please get it fixed
-- Kandy land 12, 2025-06-01

### *---- "Update your camera feature"
Since I upgraded my phone, I can no longer scan barcodes. A friend still has an older phone and it works for her. Please fix it, it’s my job to make sure WIC tags are in place correctly and this app makes more sense than the book, but only if I can scan barcodes.
-- Update your camera, 2025-03-14

### ***-- "Can’t scan UPC"
The app is great but you cannot scan the UPC with the newer iPhones.
-- Think on Your Own, 2024-11-12

### *---- "Won’t scan"
This won’t scan a upc on an iPhone. Work on that please. Would be real handy for my job and not have to manually enter the upc.
-- Kereba, 2024-05-09

### ***-- "Room for improvement"
The new WIC process is better than it used to be (when you had to use paper checks), but there is still room for MUCH improvement, including being able to check your balance on the app or verifying that the food product you scan is actually approved for you, personally, or not.
