## My Arlington Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Effectively useless app now"
As noted in several previous reviews in 2025, nearly zero links work in the main selection menu, making this an essentially useless app for most intended functions. This app was a primary way to request service from the Arlington County government, and it’s been rendered useless by the lack of attention to the app. If we can only use the mobile web, please just discontinue the app if it won’t be updated.

It’s also worth noting the app is really just the main menu that then opens a mobile browser page to execute the function selected on the app main menu. So, really, the app is just a top layer entry point to the mobile website. Nonetheless, the app saved me from logging in to the website repeatedly and having to select my location, etc. The modicum of convenience was worth downloading the app. Given the simple nature of the app itself, I can’t imagine updating it would take a lot of dev time, which makes the lack of an update even more shameful. Do better, Arlington County.

### *---- "Links not working"
The app is broken. Used to be great.

Come on Arlington! You can do better!
-- SUCUMAC, 2025-08-17

### *---- "Link don’t work"
I’ve not used in sometime but several of the links don’t work including the report a problem.
-- Nats R WSChamps, 2025-08-08

### *---- "This app literally doesn’t work"
Can’t click on anything. None of the links work. It won’t redirect you to anywhere. Someone needs to fix this and then keep it updated so it’s accessible and doesn’t fall behind like this.
-- User2936178492, 2025-08-03

### *---- "No Response"
The links don’t work in the app.
-- Henry ES, 2025-06-17

### *---- "Garbage App"
Good luck to request services. JUNK.
-- Ace of Base 2025, 2025-06-16

### *---- "Will this be updated?"
This was a useful app especially for requesting a service. However, as mentioned in other reviews the links are no longer working. Hoping it will be updated.
-- Cvp2p, 2025-06-08

### *---- "What happened to this app?"
Used to work great. Did it get discontinued??
-- VNfoodie, 2025-04-26

### *---- "Not functional"
Most links are not functional such as “Request Service” and “Service Directory”
-- kewy12345, 2025-04-07

### *---- "Links no longer work"
I’ve been using this app for years, but most of the links no longer work, including the event, events, calendar, service request, and even the feedback link to report issues is no longer working! Please fix this!!
