I came to know about this app through social media as they were paying 80 rupees exchange rate per dollar this independence day but when I actually use it they put me on hold for verification and it will be on hold for the days they are paying high exchange rate,
Just a marketing strategy to get users. 
I haven’t seen an app so useless and unorganized. No customer care, no help, you will just wait to get a response.
They are just scammers nothing else.

Its better to use Remitly or any other app as they are more reliable and secure.

You’ve been heavily promoting an exchange rate of 80 INR to 1 CAD, but at the same time, you’ve disabled the option to add recipients, making it impossible for customers to actually send money. This is one of the most frustrating money transfer apps I've used. Customer support is practically nonexistent, and there's no sense of urgency when something goes wrong. If your payment gets stuck, they can't even cancel it—you are simply told to wait for days with no clear timeline or updates. When you're sending money overseas, delays like this are unacceptable because the recipient may need the funds urgently. I would not recommend this app unless you're prepared to deal with poor customer service and long delays if anything goes wrong.
